Our team will bring your chamber to its final location with a box truck and a liftgate, remove the crate & packaging (2 wooden cases in total), and bring the chamber inside with 4-8 people. Once we have completed our full setup, one of our technicians will come out to the final installation of hoses, check all bolts and seals, check valves for leaks, check for broken pieces, and then do the final testing for our approval.
You will be trained on how the unit operates, and then you will schedule a follow-up training to go into depth on unit operations and to ask any questions that may have popped up

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with no signs of setup. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number or first/ last name)
