Can This Hurt My Eyes? The typical human eye responds to wavelengths between 400 nm and 700 nm. The light coming from this machine is either visible red light or invisible infrared light. Infrared light is as beneficial to the eyes as it is to the rest of the body. Safety goggles are not necessary when using infrared light. Red light is bright and can be uncomfortable to use directly on the eyes. We do not recommend exposing your eyes to red light for long periods.
How to Use My Red Light Therapy Panel? 1. Using the kickstand (mini), stand the RLT machine on desk or table. Using the chain (mid), hang the RLT panel on the wall or door.
2. Plug maching into wall, turn on and select a switch - RED light or NIR light.
3. Enjoy RLT and all the benefits.
• Keep a 0-24” distance between you and the light.
• Expose each area to the light for 5-25 minutes, depending on distance.
